Leading and developing Technical Support project groups and expert teams across Hamilton Medical and medin Medical
Overseeing Technical Support activities in the CIS region, including Russia, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Monitoring the timely execution of technical projects and field actions, including upgrades, updates and FSCAs
Supporting and developing global partner engineers to ensure high-quality technical support and effective use of tools, systems and processes
Ensuring partner engineers are trained and certified in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and health & safety requirements
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Care and Regional Management to support commercial activities and cross-functional projects
That’s what you bring along:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Support or Technical Service within the medical technology industry, ideally in roles such as Support Engineer or Senior Service Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with a strong technical affinity
Proven technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics and/or biomedical engineering, including field support and technical service experience
Experience in troubleshooting and interpreting device diagnostics, ideally for mechanical ventilation systems
Experience in planning and delivering technical service trainings for customers and international teams
Strong customer and partner relationship management skills with the ability to identify needs and deliver effective technical support solutions
Fluent English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
The position can be based anywhere across Europe.
