Technical Support Engineer
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- B.Sc. in Biomedical Systems or Biomedical Informatics (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of hands-on technical support experience,
ideally within a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a
high-pressure environment, such as hospitals or ICUs.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience working with virtual machines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft certifications for
operating systems (e.g., MSCE or any server admin certificates) is a
plus.
- CCNA certification is preferable.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve technical
challenges under pressure.
- Excellent English language speaking and writing
skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel outside Amman.
Skills Required
