About the Job: 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will report to the APJ Technical Support Manager and resolve unique and interesting technically-focused customer issues, while working across departments to improve our customer experience. We are looking specifically for this TSE to be based in Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Build foundational expertise in the LaunchDarkly platform, including SDK functionality and core use cases
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer support issues under the guidance of senior team members
  • Collaborate with engineering to report and track customer-reported bugs and contribute to documentation
  • Support team operations by contributing to onboarding materials, internal process documentation, and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in learning and development activities to expand technical skills and grow beyond day-to-day responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of programming and its core concepts, including fluency with at least one programming language (e.g., Node, PHP, Java)
  • Passion for learning and applying that knowledge to solving customer issues and advocating for their success
  • 2 years of related or equivalent professional experience, which may include experience gained through related work, education, or training
