The role
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will help our customers get the most from the SD Worx App and Portal. You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform-related queries through both digital channels and phone support.
You'll join a small international team of seven colleagues where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction are central to everything we do. This role combines problem-solving, customer interaction, analytical thinking, and written communication.
Key responsibilities
Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.
Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
What you bring
Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
Good English communication skills.
Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-have requirements
