📍Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | 💰 £25.5k - £27k
Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.
As we continue to scale, the volume and complexity of onboarding and data-related work across our platforms have grown alongside us. We’re now hiring a dedicated Tech Support Associate to own the operational and technical processes that underpin customer onboarding and data imports from a new client's old CRM to Street.
This is a brand-new role, created to bring focus, visibility and structure to an area of the business that’s becoming increasingly important as we grow. You’ll play a key part in shaping how this role works day-to-day and how it could evolve in the future.
If you enjoy problem-solving, improving processes and being trusted with real responsibility, this is a chance to carve out a role and shape your career in an ambitious and rapidly growing company.
A bit about you…You’re naturally curious and enjoy getting to the bottom of how things work - especially when something doesn’t go to plan.
You’re confident communicating with a wide range of people, whether that’s technical teams, non-technical stakeholders or external partners, and you know how to ask the right questions to fully understand an issue.
You’re comfortable working with technical tools and data, and you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and investigate. You might already have experience using tools like SQL, working with large CSV files, using the terminal, or exploring cloud platforms such as AWS - or you may simply have the appetite and confidence to learn.
You enjoy bringing order to ambiguity, improving efficiency and taking ownership of your work. You’re organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise effectively when multiple things are happening at once.
You take pride in doing things properly and seeing problems through to resolution.
Taking ownership of onboarding and data processes across Street and Bridge
Running imports, uploading and manipulating CSV data, and triggering automated workflows
Monitoring automated processes and investigating issues when they arise
Carrying out root cause analysis to understand why problems occur and how to prevent them in future
Fixing or correcting data when information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
Working closely with engineering and other internal teams to gather context and resolve technical issues
Helping introduce more structure, prioritisation and (over time) clearer SLAs around this area of work
Supporting onboarding for technical specialists and accounting teams, helping bridge gaps between teams
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes as the role matures
As your confidence and knowledge grow, so will your impact. While this role starts with a clearly defined remit, there’s genuine potential for it to evolve over time - whether that’s supporting additional teams, improving how we operate at scale, or developing leadership responsibilities in the future.
Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria; please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application!
