What you will do
- Provide technical support and training for fire suppression products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for customers, focusing on the operation and maintenance of fire suppression systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to fire suppression equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop support materials and resources for customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes related to fire suppression.
What we look for
Required:
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of fire suppression systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical documentation tools.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or training roles within the fire safety or related industry.
- Additional certifications related to fire suppression systems.
