Job Description
As Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division, we are looking for our new associate who will be employed as Technical Support and Technical Training Engineer. Our new associate will be responsible from Türkiye & Middle East Region and will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.
Your primary duties;
- Responsible from Bosch Diesel Service and Centers' quality related topics and service quality related processes
- Responsible from warranty claim management of diesel products with a systematic approach
- Providing technical consultancy to Bosch Diesel Service & Centers related with diesel products testing, repairing and reporting processes
- Providing technical consultancy to internal & external partners, OE and OESs related with Bosch diesel systems & products
- Planning and conducting field analysis processes in the field for product development and warranty claim management together with field service technicians team
- Managing the communication with production plants for warranty claims and product development activities
- Managing all operational processes in respective systems with regards to warranty claim management
Your duties expected to be performed in mid-term;
You will have chance to develop your self in an international environment and you will be a part of a technically skilled trainer team in Turkiye. You will have a chance to develop yourself as an expert trainer through the years by receiving support from our technical experts and European trainers team. Following technical trainer duties will be expected to be performed by your side in mid-term;
- Being responsible from diesel product & system related training content, content development and training delivery in English & Turkish
- Being responsible from technical qualifications' development of Bosch Diesel Service and Centers.
Qualifications
- University degree preferably in mechanical or automotive engineering
- 2 or more years of experience in automotive aftermarket
- Curiosity & eagerness to learn more in automotive technologies
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independent and in a self-driven way
- Willing to take initiative in technical aspects
- Ability to work within international teams with very good communication skills
- No restrictions to travel frequently
- Fluency of written and spoken Turkish and English, German would be an asset

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division of Bosch offers comprehensive products and services to the automotive spare parts sector and workshops worldwide.
