Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, managing our service network, and implementing new processes and procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing various tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Service Network Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our service network in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Project Management:

  • Manage special projects as assigned, such as implementing new software or hardware.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in a technical role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in both Czech and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with CRM and project management software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
