This role will require Spanish, read, write speak, Portuguese is a plus but not required.
Candidate will possess working knowledge of PC and mobile hardware architecture as required to assemble a mobile or desktop system from components and update components in already existing systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems as required to install the OS on a new computer, update the OS as required by patches or changes in the hardware configuration, troubleshoot functional and performance problems. Preferred working knowledge and experience with hardware and software testing/validation.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
- Requires fluent writing and speaking skills in Spanish.
- 1+ year of experience in customer care/customer support in the following areas:
- Operating Systems such as UNIX, Linux and Windows Understanding of Firewalls.
- Intrusion detection system IDS.
- Intrusion prevention systems IPS.
- Basic level knowledge of security and information gathering tools like nmap, nessus, nslookup, traceroute, hping, wireshark, tcpdump, netcat, netstat, nbtstat, ete.
- Working knowledge with MS SQL, Routing protocols TCP / IP, OSPF etc., HTML, ATM, Token Ring, ISDN, and Ethernet.
Preferred qualifications
- In addition to Spanish, Portuguese would be a strong plus.
- Basic experience with programming/scripting PERL, JAVA, C, C++, SQL and DB2.
- Basic Vulnerability and Threat analysis skills.
- Network or security related certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CCNP.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels with customers i.e. technical / management.
- Excellent at providing positive customer service.
- Advanced writing and verbal skills.
- Ability to support multiple products simultaneously.
- Self-motivated takes initiative.
