WellSky is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro to join our Human & Social Services team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide application support to our clients, leveraging a variety of tools to troubleshoot and resolve application support issues. You will also work with Support Engineers, Solution Management, and other resources across the company in order to shape and drive forward the evolving vision for WellSky's Connected Networks. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and can focus on providing care to the populations they serve.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring outstanding quality
- Troubleshooting and resolving WellSky Human Services application issues
- Collaborating with and supporting other team members
- Partner with development and solution management groups for unresolved issues when needed, and maintaining ownership of cases through their resolution
- Completing thorough documentation of issues
- Ensuring individual KPI response and resolution times are met
- Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-4 years related work experience
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Experience:
- Experience engaging with customers
- Experience using analytical tools such as Excel or SQL
- Experience with HL7
- Experience in healthcare support
