To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Trilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team.
Some of the role's responsibilities include providing technical and functional support to clients worldwide through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/Zoom/etc), checking clients' configurations, suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize the platform's efficiency, and working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.

- are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (native-level portuguese strongly preffered, C1 level is the minimum required)
- enjoy working with clients, providing top-level support
- think analytically
- have strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- have previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
- are tech-savvy
