We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst - COBOL/Mainframe to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and stability of services in the European market by monitoring production and test environments.
  • Assist in the resolution of operational alerts and incidents, including complex issues in Mainframe applications.
  • Support the management of tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Participate in the execution of critical incident procedures, root cause analysis, and preparation of post-incident reports.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational procedures, knowledge articles, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams on application issues, enhancements, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support or production support (1–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of Mainframe systems and COBOL.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, 24/7 environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
