Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to access control products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support database.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new users on product functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Develop and update user manuals and documentation to assist customers in using our products effectively.
- Czech Native Speaker
- English
- Strong understanding of access control systems and people flow management solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support ticketing systems.
- A passion for technology and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
