A Day in the LifeThis position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have:

• Bachelor Degree
• Requires minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

• Flexibility on working hours- Ability to adapt to varying schedules including weekends as business needs and to meet customer demand.
• Available on working second or third shifts (including weekends)
• Automation experience- Automation knowledge both mechanical and Systems.
• Troubleshooting knowledge- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to automation equipment and software.
• Collaborative Approach- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers operators and other stakeholders.
• Data analysis skills- Ability to analyze production data, identify trends and implement data driven improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment and processes
• Previous experience providing direction to people using established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
