We are looking for a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Success Management, you will be responsible for:
- Aligning solutions with business needs and foster stakeholder relationships through engagement and support
- Providing guidance on technical challenges and assist with implementing best practices
- Working closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting as a trusted advisor by managing escalations, providing strategic guidance, and contributing to knowledge sharing through documentation and resources
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience helping customers understand how technology aligns with business objectives
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders through consistent engagement
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing consultancy role, preferably in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies and SQL expertise
- Proficient in data management, ETL processes, integration strategies, cybersecurity concepts, and cloud fundamentals, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Ability to guide customers through technical challenges and recommend solutions
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and technical issue resolution across Sales, Support, and Product teams
