About The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Strategy and Operations wiz — someone who can transform complexity into seamless action and who is obsessed with powering high performance teams. You’ll be the linchpin between engineering excellence, AI innovation, security, and product strategy, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly into Anterior’s bold vision. At the core, you will be an essential driver in building a rapidly scaling engineering and product function. We need someone who wakes up every morning and asks themselves: “how do we make this machine run more efficiently?”.

What You'll Do

• Help build an amazing engineering org: identify and solve the bottlenecks in engineering velocity and apply the minimum viable process to improve velocity. Assist with engineer planning and documentation

• Work with the people team to help us grow well: construct a distinguished onboarding process and build Anterior into the best engineering brand in NYC

• Identify ways to improve XFN collaboration between clinical operations, design, product, and engineering

• Respond to the burning need of the week whether it be organizing a hiring event, setting up a launch war room, completing a security assessment, or creating a project tracker

• Anticipate engineering needs before they’re felt: process, operational strategy, AI tools, equipment, perks, structure

• Produce actionable insights to shape the eng team’s direction: improvements to our monitoring and alerting tooling, competitive analysis, breaking down a regulatory framework into a plan

About You

• Technical background with a STEM degree

• High agency and ownership

• Multidisciplinary, a generalist

• Extremely personable, clear thinking, good communicator

• Obsessed with efficiency and operations

• You're based in New York (or willing to relocate) and are excited to work in a "default in-person" environment
