Responsibilities:
- - Be familiar with the ADVENTEST Product
- - Provide field technical support and production support at customer's site trouble shooting
- - New system set-up, maintenance support and buyoff equipment
- - Delivers technical consulting to customers based on ADVANTEST products and services
- - Customer interfaces such as visits, meetings, complaints and feedback
- - Conduct training courses to customers - Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements
- - Work with cross functional groups and overseas teams to develop customer support plans, Reduce equipment downtime and lower maintenance costs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree majoring in electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering, Instruments Measurement, Optical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Good verbal and written English skill or Japanese or Korean Language
- Good communication skill, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
- Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively
- 4-5 years ADVANTEST handler experience
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering, instrumentation and measurement, optical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good verbal and written English, Japanese, or Korean language skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn and work effectively under high pressure.
- Flexibility to take extensive domestic and overseas business trips.
- 4–5 years of ADVANTEST handler experience.
