Essential Functions
- In-depth understanding of industrial hydraulics and associated applications.
- Industrial hydraulic component function within an application.
- Ability to read, review and understand Schematic Drawings (Hydraulic / Electrical).
- Create and Detail Fabrication Estimation Packages to include components, labor attributes and intangible details associated with an application solution.
- Experience in generating a Formal Customer Quotation.
- Experience in face-to-face customer sales calls, Industrial hydraulic systems application presentations and customer training.
- Final Documentation & Project Closure.
- Manage and follow a formal engineering process associated with defined Best Practices.
Experience, Education and Skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power or similar, is preferred
- Fluid Power Certification is preferred, not required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Hydraulics
- Demonstrated Mechanical Design Basics (Fabrication and Layout)
- AutoCAD experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access)
