Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Region Nord/West (Deutschland) suchen wir einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Technical Specialist (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Technische Betreuung und Beratung eines definierten Kundenkreises
- Einführung und Umsetzung von neuen Produktsystemen und – strategien im Markt
- Durchführung von Produkt- und System Vorführungen in unserem Trainingscenter und bei Kunden vor Ort
- Unterstützende Vorbereitung, Durchführung bzw. Begleitung von internen und externen Seminaren
- Problemlösungen / Trouble Shooting bei Kunden vor Ort sowie Bearbeitung von Produktreklamationen
- Demonstration und Installation anwendungstechnischer EDV-Programme
- Teilnahme bei ausgewählten Kunden- und Verbandsveranstaltungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als KFZ-Lackierermeister /-in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst bzw. in der Lackierung
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Autoreparatursystemen und Lackprodukten/Lackaufbauten
- Erfahrung im digitalen Farbtonmanagement + Reklamationsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse über moderne Applikationsverfahren und Arbeitsabläufen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit zum Aufbau und Erhalt partnerschaftlicher Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
- Sicheres Auftreten auch vor größeren Kundengruppen
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- Reisebereitschaft bis 80% und Mobilität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift

Skills Required
- Completed vocational qualification as a master automotive refinisher or equivalent
- Several years of field-service or automotive painting experience
- Experience with automotive repair systems, paint products, and paint systems
- Experience with digital color management and complaint management
- Knowledge of modern application methods and workflows
- Communication skills for building and maintaining business relationships
- High initiative and team spirit
- Confident presentation skills before larger customer groups
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and mobility
- Very good spoken and written German
