As a Technical Sales Support Technician, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting sales teams and clients by turning complex project requirements into practical and innovative solutions.

What is the ideal profile?
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management, an asset
- Solid technical knowledge (thermoforming, composite materials, or related fields)
- Available to travel frequently, representing approximately 50% of your time, including within the U.S. and internationally.
- Comfortable working in a bilingual English and French environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze client requests and assess project feasibility alongside internal teams
- Act as a technical advisor to support sales opportunities and solution development
- Conduct on-site visits to gather project requirements and technical data
- Develop and present customized product solutions to clients
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in prototype design, testing, and continuous improvement
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and communication with stakeholders
