Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Technical Specialist III based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
· Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support technical systems and solutions to deliver efficient, customer-friendly services.
· Follow established standards to ensure consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
· Enhance existing processes and capabilities, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose improvement ideas.
· Manage your own tasks with limited supervision and provide leadership to Level I and II team members through mentoring, specification development, and work planning.
· Assist in resolving technical issues during crisis situations, communicating effectively with supervisors and other technology groups.
· Proactively suggest innovative and productivity-enhancing ideas to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you will need:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a technical role with systems management, implementation, and process improvement experience.
· Certifications: Professional certifications relevant to the role (e.g., PMP) are beneficial.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with professional practices and technical expertise through education or hands-on experience.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
· Technical Proficiency: Experience delivering technical work such as installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and program development.
· Process Improvement: Ability to assess current processes, suggest improvements, and implement cost-saving solutions.
· Leadership and Mentorship: Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members, developing specifications, and overseeing work plans.
· Problem Solving and Crisis Management: Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills, with experience managing incidents and crises effectively.
· Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering customer-oriented solutions through innovation and technical expertise.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
