About your team
We are a dynamic team who work to provide many services to the Fidelity International business globally. With a Service Catalogue of around 100 applications the Enterprise Collaboration Services team are responsible for many different technologies such as the support for all M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. We have a small Exchange on premise footprint and provide the means for secure email utilizing both TLS and OME. Always looking to improve and enable teams to automate tasks working in a DevOps environment.
About your role
Reporting to the Senior Technical Consultant, you will be a member of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Team. Responsibilities will be wide ranging including providing 3rd line support to our customers for all M365 services, as well as supporting other teams within Technology as appropriate. You also need to work on projects, and be part of UK hours shift support.
About you
- Excellent knowledge of M365 suite of products including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business and associated collaboration tools.
- Experience of Teams as a Platform (inc voice) and consultancy on adopting Teams and automating business flow.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook.
- Experience of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure & M365 Services with migration and operational experience.
- Experience of Azure AD or an understanding of Access Package/Conditional Access policies.
- Knowledge of security/Compliance concepts for AD, Azure AD, Microsoft Purview, and DLP desirable.
- Experience using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell desirable.
- Exchange 2016 & MS Edge troubleshooting experience and implementing and managing TLS/DKIM/DMARC.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies such as HTTP, SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and other web protocols, proxies and load balancers.
- ITL certified (Desirable) with a knowledge of structured change management.
Essential Skills & Experience
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Expert-level (L4+) capability in at least one of the following technologies:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint and OneDrive Online
- Advanced-level (L3+) capability in any other secondary Microsoft 365 collaboration technology listed above.
- Intermediate-level (L2+) capability in Microsoft Power Platform administration (Power Apps and/or Power Automate except Power BI)
Exchange Online
Ability to design, implement, support, and govern enterprise messaging solutions including:
- Exchange Online architecture and service administration
- Mail flow design and troubleshooting
- SMTP routing and message hygiene
- Email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC and TLS
- Hybrid Exchange environments and mailbox migrations
- Retention, legal hold, and eDiscovery requirements
- Troubleshooting complex messaging issues across Microsoft 365 services
- Service improvement, automation, and operational governance
SharePoint and One Drive Online
Ability to design, implement and support modern SharePoint solutions including:
- SharePoint and One Drive Online administration and governance
- Site architecture and information architecture design
- Content lifecycle and records management
- External sharing and collaboration controls
- Migration and modernisation initiatives
- Integration with Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 services
- Search, metadata and content management strategies
- Troubleshooting platform and user experience issues
- One Drive related issues like data recovery using eDiscovery, User ID conflict.
- Disabled profile cleanup across SharePoint and One Drive.
- Well versed with SharePoint advance management and SharePoint Premium.
Microsoft Teams
Ability to support and govern enterprise collaboration solutions including:
- Teams architecture and administration
- Collaboration, meetings and channels management
- Teams governance and lifecycle management
- Teams application integration and adoption
- Meeting room and meeting experience optimisation
- Integration with SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online
- Advanced troubleshooting and service health management
- Feature enablement and platform optimisation
(Teams Voice/PSTN experience is a Plus.)
Microsoft Power Platform (Alternative Secondary Skill)
Experience developing automation and productivity solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Approval and workflow solutions
- Business process automation
- Integration with Microsoft 365 services
- Operational automation and service improvement initiatives

Skills Required
