Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier 1 customer requests for spares CIPs.
- Translate the customer’s technical HVP related to part performance and define specifications and test plans to the AGS support functions. Opportunities will involve all of the following: repair, advanced clean, sensors, self diagnostics, advanced surface materials, relaxation of non-value add tolerances/specs
- Generate internal documentation for alternate part solutions: internal business cases, sales collateral for internal customers (business unit product managers, AGS sales and field engineers)
- Support account team in developing qual plans and data packages with customer, lab tools, and EPIC center
Recommends to GM how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve spares business goals for Applied Services.

- Comfortable in managing stress of external customer deadlines and internal customers with competing objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering, physics, chemistry)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading node fab requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin and English speaker
- Extensive experience with semi tools and processes related to PVD, Dielectric deposition or Etch
