You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields — or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting technical talent across global markets.
• Mastery in candidate research and sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search and market mapping.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, with advanced knowledge of search strings, filters, and pipeline management.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn AI, HireEZ, SeekOut, or similar) to expand reach, improve efficiency, and uncover hidden talent.
• Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and the ability to navigate diverse technical talent pools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distinguish highly skilled developers from average talent.
• Proactive approach to finding talent through online communities, tech events, and professional networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Suite, ATS).
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top software engineering and technical talent.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with hiring priorities.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts with business needs.
• Use creative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, online communities, and events) to identify potential candidates.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships to maintain long-term interest in Applaudo opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report sourcing metrics to evaluate pipeline effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet and exceed KPIs and hiring goals.
