As a Technical Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. At Motive you're expected, empowered, and supported to be your best and to grow professionally. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. 

This person will report to one of our Lead Recruiters to support hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and more across multiple geographies.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber technical candidates for multiple roles across a few different departments
• Use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to identify each position’s requirements and source candidates to match those requirements
• Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer
• Experience using Greenhouse
• Domain expertise with Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Product Design, Data Science, and AI/ML
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc.
• College degree preferred
