The Opportunity:

This is a varied and interesting role supporting our Delivery Operations function, ideal for a capable people person with good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Working closely with multiple stakeholders across the Presales, Scheduling and core Delivery teams, this individual will be pivotal to the operational processes flowing smoothly, whilst providing input on how to make the wider function and operations more efficient.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Running of daily triage calls with presales team members to ascertain urgency and required skills for sales support requests and ensure the correct resource is assigned to support sales.
  • Contributing effectively to the administration of the day-to-day operations of the presales function and assisting in efficiency drives across processes.
  • Ensuring presales documentation is kept up to date, classified and categorised correctly, with mapping to obtain.
  • Dealing with sales, scheduling and delivery enquiries, primarily via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
  • On-going communication and oversight to presales team members on status of sales support tickets, and guidance to follow defined processes.
  • Source and allocate appropriate resources to support sales support tickets, ensuring alignment with the necessary skillsets,
  • Actively coordinates with various departments to secure and facilitate effective support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable, well organized and hard working
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Enterprise CRM solution
  • Understanding of the IT / Cyber Security market would be advantageous
  • Sales or customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
