Job DescriptionBusiness Systems | Third-Party Lifecycle (TPRM / Procurement / CLM)
The opportunity
Own the day-to-day technical delivery that keeps Wise’s third-party lifecycle running: third party onboarding, approvals, contracts, and reporting on them!
You’ll ship hands-on configuration changes in our platforms, keep releases safe, and make sure the underlying data and reporting is accurate and trusted. You’ll also own key registers/operational reporting (including regulatory-style reporting needs) as part of keeping the system audit-ready and reliable.
This is a hands-on tooling role. You won’t write code - you will ship real improvements through configuration and strong operational discipline.
What you’ll be doing
Platform configuration & implementation: build and improve workflows in our tools (fields, forms, templates, routing rules, validations, approvals). You’ll deliver changes quickly and safely, and keep configuration clean and maintainable.
Release discipline & reliability: own UAT checklists, release notes, rollout steps, and post-release validation. Support production issues end-to-end (reproduce → fix/escalate → document → prevent repeat).
Reporting & operational visibility: run a predictable reporting rhythm (monthly pack) for key lifecycle metrics. Maintain definitions and sources so stakeholders trust the numbers, and reduce ad-hoc reporting.
Data Quality & Regulatory Reporting: ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical records, including proper mapping and identification (IDs), to maintain audit readiness. This includes owning and generating all required regulatory register reports, such as DORA ROI.
Integration data checks: validate integration outputs (field mapping, IDs, missing data) and raise clear technical issues to partner teams/vendors when data doesn’t line up. Ensure changes don’t break downstream reporting or dependent workflows.
Success in this role looks like
Changes ship safely and fast: predictable UAT, clean releases, low regression rate.
Platform health improves: cleaner configs, clearer standards/runbooks, faster troubleshooting.
Data becomes audit-ready by default: register-style and KPI reporting is repeatable, owned, and consistent.
Visibility becomes trusted: stakeholders rely on the monthly pack because metrics are stable.
What you’ll need (must-have)
Hands-on tooling delivery: experience configuring/administering business systems and shipping changes to production.
Strong data skills: confident with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation, and structured data checks; comfortable with relational thinking (tables, IDs, duplicates, mappings, integrity).
Operational discipline: consistent approach to testing, validation, documentation, and safe rollout habits.
Ownership mindset: you can run an area end-to-end, keep it clean, and make it predictable for stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with procurement, third-party risk, CLM, service management, or compliance/risk registers; familiarity with API concepts and integration flows (no coding required).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
