Job Title

You'll be part of a technical team that serves as the strategic guide for our key partners, including middleware, software vendors, and third-party service providers. Our role is to provide the support and solutions they need to integrate with our systems, turning complex technical challenges into seamless collaboration.

• Serve as the primary technical consultant, providing hands-on guidance to partners throughout their certification process.

• Distill complex business and technical requirements into actionable, clear deliverables.

• Evangelize the value of our solutions, confidently speaking to a range of technical and business audiences.

• Lead the planning and execution of projects from initial discovery to final product deployment.

• Proactively identify and solve technical and integration challenges, acting as the go-to expert for internal and external partners.

• High School Diploma with 4–7 years of relevant experience in a related field.

• 4+ years in a technical systems role, such as Operations Support, Analysis, Sales, Product, or Project Management.

• Exposure to transaction processing systems and formats.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• B2B Retail or Hospitality System Integration with Hardware, Software, and System Service Agreements.

• MS Teams, Salesforce, and DocuSign.

• Executing contracts, licenses, and agreements.

• Project, product, or service management knowledge.

• Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process.

• Translating technical challenges and needs into business requirements.

• Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms, retail merchant services, payment transactions, or payment gateways.

Salary Range:

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
