Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and external partners, this role translates business needs into clear functional requirements and helps ensure successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with global Technology standards.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Capture, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for P&O technology initiatives and solutions.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support solution design reviews by documenting business processes, integration requirements, data flows, and process impacts.
Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Provide business analysis support across the non-Core HCM and broader P&O technology portfolio.
Coordinate requirements, testing activities, issue resolution, and implementation support throughout project delivery lifecycles.
Support architecture governance, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements by maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
Drive continuous improvement through enhanced requirements quality, process standardization, documentation practices, and reusable templates.
KPI: Deliver clear, complete, and timely business requirements and functional documentation that support successful solution delivery and compliance with Technology standards.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar role within enterprise technology environments.
Proven experience supporting requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and implementation activities.
Understanding of HR/P&O processes and supporting technology solutions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
Knowledge of enterprise technology delivery methodologies, governance practices, and integration concepts.
Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows from a functional business perspective.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
Strong business analysis, problem-solving, communication, and process documentation skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).
Desirable Requirements:
Exposure to the Workday ecosystem or other HR technology platforms.
Experience supporting global P&O digital transformation or HR technology implementation initiatives.
