About the role
As a Technical Solutions Engineer Intern, you will follow established guidelines and SOPs to help customers integrate and optimize our products, troubleshoot and explore technical issues, and provide expert guidance. Your main responsibility is to execute each task with precision and consistent service.
Internship Duration: 6 months (negotiable)
We are hoping that the finalist will be trained into a potential full time employee during the course of their internship. At the end of your internship you may be offered an extension, or a conversion into a permanent, full time employee with Appier subject to a performance assessment.
- Assist to provide onboarding guidance for clients.
- Work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions, including providing appropriate documentation, technical guidance.
- Develop solutions for customers by working out existing products upon data integration, service application recommendations
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful adoption of our solutions.
- To visit and inspect digital ad placements to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Escalating feature enhancements and help coordination between clients and Project Managers.
- Creating user and training documentation for smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and solving the issues by close communication with developers.
- Developing internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize/analyze data.
About You
- Solid research and summarization skills.
- Data driven and strong sense of data analysis.
- Experience in Python
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English (=Professional level) and Korean (=Native level).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Self-motivated and independent learner.
Nice To haves
- Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Experience with basic web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript etc.) would be a plus.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in the mobile measurement partner(AppsFlyer, Adjust…) industry.
- Experience with data mining projects, has a strong sense of using data to help executives make business decisions.
