PWS Title: Technical Site Lead
Location: Hampton Roads, VA

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Serve as primary on-site manager and central point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders.
- Oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas.
- Validate completion of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables across the contract.
- Lead daily standups and weekly syncs, maintain situational awareness, and enforce escalation protocols.
- Coordinate VIP and COOP support activities and manage on-call rotations for continuity of operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of IT project or operations management experience in a DoD or federal environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary technical teams supporting enterprise-level IT operations.
- Experience interfacing with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), producing deliverables, and managing risk, quality, and schedules.
- Deep familiarity with DISA mission, SOPs, and Joint Staff support requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- ITIL 4 Foundations or Intermediate certification strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or related field required.
