Arkel is looking for a Italian speaking "Technical Services Support Specialist" to join our Technical Services Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree, preferably graduated from Electric, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering,
- Good command of Italian-English and Turkish (both verbal and written)
- Also, knowledge of Turkish language will be an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications,
- Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- No travel restrictions,
- Valid driving license,
- Resident in Istanbul Asia side,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls via the Whatsapp line, generating solutions to customers' requests, problems and complaints,
- If needed ARKEL customers will be supported in job side to solve technical problems,
- If ARKEL needs technical information for their customer candidates will join in international exhibitions.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent Italian (verbal and written)
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Turkish
- Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications
- Experience using email, messaging apps and WhatsApp for customer support
