We’re looking for well-rounded, motivated students to join us for a 10-week paid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment.
What You’ll Experience
As a Technical Services intern at FHLBank, you’ll:
- Assist with imaging and configuration of devices
- Support software and application deployments
- Provide end-user technical support
- Complete new hire setup tasks
- Decommission hardware and related assets
- Participate in device refresh cycles
- Assist with vulnerability management
- Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively
- Contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study
- Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry
- Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking students who:
- Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Graduate students encouraged to apply!
- Are majoring in System Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Work well independently and in team settings
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems
Program Highlights
