Technical SEO Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Audit and improve Core Web Vitals: LCP, FID, and CLS
Optimize site assets such as images, fonts, and scripts for faster loading
Minimize render-blocking resources and implement advanced performance enhancements (lazy loading, caching, CDNs)
Optimize JavaScript for SEO using dynamic rendering, server-side rendering, and pre-rendering techniques
Identify and resolve JavaScript-related crawling and indexing issues
Work with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes
Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
Conduct full technical SEO audits using Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and other tools
Troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs
Collaborate with content and development teams to align on SEO best practices
Analyze technical SEO performance and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Keep up to date with Google’s algorithm changes and implement proactive strategies
Assist with code-level performance tuning and mini-script deployments
Communicate SEO reports and insights with clarity and precision
Ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience (10+ years preferred)
• Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
• Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Location: This is a remote job
Salary: Php 33,000 per month, part-time
