As a (Technical) SEO Project Manager, you'll be part of our dynamic SEO & AI Content team, comprised of four talented members. Your mission will be to enhance our Technical SEO performance and lead impactful projects aimed at driving organic traffic and boosting leads across our D2C shops and marketplaces. What you will do:
- Manage and execute the technical SEO roadmap, including website audits, issue resolution, and implementation of scalable solutions to enhance SEO performance
- Conduct regular SEO performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), analyze metrics, and report on results
- Perform competitor analysis, identify strategic opportunities, and translate insights into actionable improvements, such as optimizing landing pages
- Support cross-team SEO projects, focusing on process improvements and tool optimization
- Provide expertise in international keyword research, content creation, and on-page optimization as needed
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role, with expertise in on-page optimization of landing pages; off-page optimization experience is a plus
- Skilled in conducting technical website audits, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Excel
- Proficient with all the following SEO tools: Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMrush (or Sistrix/Ahref), and Screaming Frog
- Hands-on experience with HTML, Python and JavaScript
- Experience with Looker, PowerBI, SQL and CSS is a plus
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills, with adaptability and a proactive approach requiring minimal supervision
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
