Your role and responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Support – Liquid Analysis, Recorders, and Controllers (CWA), you will play a key role in positioning ABB’s portfolio in Mexico. Your mission will be to ensure the technical feasibility of our solutions by providing specialized support in consulting, configuration, and basic commissioning, as well as training customers and channels to deliver a differentiated experience.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics business in Mexico city.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Accompany the sales team during technical visits, events, and demonstrations, providing specialized support.
Assist in the selection and configuration of technical solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
Participate in the commissioning of new equipment or proof-of-concept tests, resolving technical issues and collaborating with the service team when advanced support is required.
Deliver technical training to customers, distribution channels, and internal teams.
Ensure customers and channels have the necessary knowledge to operate equipment efficiently.
Act as a technical liaison between the sales and service teams, helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promote the adoption of ABB’s CWA portfolio through specialized technical consulting.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, or related field)
Technical field experience: Minimum of 3 years in configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of liquid analyzers, recorders, and basic controllers.
Training capability: Ability to train customers, distribution channels, and internal teams.
Adaptable profile: Strong customer orientation and continuous learning mindset.
Technical English: Intermediate to advanced level for documentation and technical communication.
