【職務概要】
テクニカル・セールス・レプレセンタティブ（TSR） は、市場全体および顧客の市場やニーズを深く理解する責任を担います。テクニカル・セールス・エンジニア(TSE)はフィールド・アプリケーション・エンジニア(FAE)と協力しながら、新規案件の発掘や顧客の課題を解決するソリューションの提案を通じてTIの売上最大化を目指します。優れたコミュニケーションスキルで社内外との協力関係を構築し、ビジネス獲得に向けた戦略を具体的な行動計画として設定・遂行します。また、進捗管理を徹底し、一貫した取り組みにより顧客とより深い信頼関係を築きます。
【担当業務】
- B2B戦略を立ち、担当顧客に対してTIの売上およびシェア拡大に責務を持ちます
- 顧客理解に基づく成長戦略をFAEと共に策定、実行
- 顧客の開発計画やビジネス要件に基づいた適切なソリューションの提案
- 年間の収益計画を立案し、毎月その達成状況を確認・分析すること
- 受注から納品までのフォローを含むプロジェクト管理および遂行
- 見積作成と価格交渉、品質対応および各種顧客書類の作成
- 顧客との関係維持及び強化
- 売上目標の進捗管理及び遂行
Qualifications

• 半導体IC業界での営業経験
• 日本語ビジネス流暢レベル以上、日常会話レベルの英語力がある方（TOEIC600 点程度）

【働く環境】
業務において英語は全体の約30％を使用し、主に海外開発部門、本社、アジア部門、社内会議で活用しています。裁量権を持って仕事に取り組んでおり、成果は評価されやすい体制になっています。
【勤務時間】
9：00～17：40
対面でのコミュニケーションを重視しており、原則として出社勤務となります。業務内容や従業員の状況に応じて、自宅での勤務を可能とする在宅勤務制度を導入しています。
スーパーフレックスタイム制度（コアタイムなし）を適用しております。ワークライフバランス実現への取り組みとして、コアタイムのないフレックス勤務やリモートオフィス等、フレキシブルに働ける環境を提供しています。
