We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist (W/M) for the area of South of France. In this role, the resource will be the sales specialist for our Incucyte and Cell Celector Instrument Portfolio, which are used by our customers in the research environment.

Consult our customers through product and application expertise in the field of cell analysis

Manage an existing sales base and especially further develop existing customers in the biopharmaceutical industry, biotech start-ups and Top Academia

Understand your customer’s processes and offer the best technical and economical solution in close cooperation with Product and Application Specialists

Achieve annual sales targets, develop a long-term pipeline for Sartorius and help expanding our brand value

Plan, organize and schedule customer visits for an effective account coverage

Maintain the CRM with relevant and up to date customer and sales opportunity information

Actively cooperate with individuals within other teams in the matrix sales process to achieve sales goals

Manage high capital equipement
What will convince us
-
University degree in bioprocess engineering, biotechnology, biology or comparable qualifications in the life sciences

Industry background, plus several years of marketing experience
-
Minimum 3 years experience in selling to the Life Science industry

Relevant experience with tenders

Ability to run sales processes for different type of products – capital equipment as well as consumables

Clear focus on customer needs, excellent communication and networking skills
-
French speaker and Fluent English is mandatory
-
Willingness to travel (ca. 70%) within the assigned territory and readiness for occasional international travelling

Self-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to think in new ways and manage changes
