What You Will Do
Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new Data Centre clients across EMEA, focusing on custom HVAC solutions including Air Handling Units, CRAC/CRAH systems, FAN Walls, CDUs, and MDC units.
Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales process with precision and urgency.
Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive tailored HVAC solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with consulting engineers, architects, and data centre stakeholders to position our solutions as best-in-class.
Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate technical features into client benefits.
