Purpose of the position:
· Providing technical support and advice to internal and external customers
· Supporting internal and external customers in all technical questions and issues.
· Processing and testing products from Vibrantz.
· Determination of processing parameters with different application methods.
· Travel approx. 60% + home office approx. 20% + presence at the Alsfeld site approx. 20%
Tasks / Responsibilities
1. Testing application parameters of new developments and/or optimizing existing systems in collaboration with the laboratory.
2. Developing and communicating coating system recommendations for external and internal customers.
3. Providing training on pretreatment techniques to external and internal customers.
4. Developing and defining application windows using different application methods.
5. Processing sample orders and coating test objects.
6. Training painters/technicians of external or internal customers by imparting specific application and pretreatment technical knowledge.
7. Recording, analyzing, and resolving painting issues and complaints from external and internal customers.
8. Maintaining contact with leading and innovative equipment manufacturers.
9. Providing technical advice and information to external and internal customers on all systems available on the market.
10. Demonstrating the benefits of using Vibrantz products to external and internal customers.
11. Providing technical support during the introduction of Vibrantz products to external customers.
12. Supporting external customers in their equipment design and concept development.
13. Documenting all internal and external work performed.
14. Preparing and following up on customer visits.
15. Participating in internal meetings.

17. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
