Requirements
  • Maintaining registration on client systems/portals, ensuring visibility of RFQ’s.
  • Leading the sales process from initial enquiry to delivery of goods and services.
  • Preparing quotations and bids in both Russian and English languages following the EnerMech approval process.
  • Screen prospects and update and maintain EnerMech’s Business Forecasting Tool (BFT).
  • Attend client meetings and grow customer relationships.  Good command of Kazakh, Russian, and English.
  • Develop and deliver presentations in both Russian and English.
  • Procure and supply engineered products and services to specification, tailored to customer requirements, and compliant with international codes/standards and local legislation.
  • Have good understanding of customs clearance process.
  • Review vendor offers for technical accuracy against specifications and standards.
  • Participate in pre-qualification processes and assist with Assist with preparation of ITT.
  • Work with OEM partners and suppliers to deliver quality processes and solutions.
  • Promote EnerMech brand of products and services.  Identify new business opportunities and confidently present customized solutions.
  • Lead contract reviews, negotiate T&C’s, and prepare/distribute progress reports (internally and external).
  • Maintain job files/folders ensuring all sales related documentation and communications are saved.
  • Focal Point for sales enquires in-country.  Provide market insights and targeted customer/segment campaigns. 
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, update and circulate procurement plans, and ensure good vendor management processes. 
  • Prepare technical passports for equipment in Kazakhstan in both Russian and English languages.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, standards, compliance requirements, and solutions that bring value to EnerMech and client operations.
  • Monitor performance of KPI’s (on-time delivery, time to quote, conversion rate, etc.).
