Key Responsibilities1. Technical Sales & Business Development
Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across industrial automation, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
Develop go-to-market and sales strategies targeting specific industry verticals or regional markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, digital channels, referrals, and trade events.
Track competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
Engage with clients to understand operational challenges, process requirements and automation goals.
Recommend appropriate Synkron products, systems, partner OEM products or integrated solutions aligned to client needs.
Facilitate technical discussions, site assessments, and joint solution workshops with clients and engineering teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate, feasible, and cost-effective.
Manage bid follow-ups, clarifications, and post-submission engagements to drive opportunities to closure.
Identify and engage potential partners, distributors, and solution integrators to expand Synkron’s reach.
Support partnership agreements, technical onboarding, and joint marketing initiatives.
Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure consistent service quality and market coverage.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions or services.
Maintain detailed client interaction records and sales activities within the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred).
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for management.
Provide structured feedback on client requirements, industry developments, and competitive activity.
Contribute insights for new product development and continuous improvement of Synkron’s offerings.
RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
2–4 years’ experience in technical sales, solution selling, or engineering business development.
Strong understanding of automation systems, electrical panels, PLCs, SCADA, or industrial equipment.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
Skills Required
