Are you the person who can build, develop and maintain an existing customer base and do you thrive in an independent function? Do you have a strong technical background such as a toolmaker, industrial technician or similar? Then maybe this could be the role for you.

CERATIZIT Scandinavia is seeking a new Technical Sales Engineer for outreach sales of standard and special tools in Midtjylland, preferably located central to this area. As part of a strong existing field-based area sales team, this role will be responsible for sales and technical support to an existing portfolio of customers, as well as the development and expansion of new business and turnover in the defined sales area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Successful identification of customer needs to sell the right tools and solutions.

  • The individual care of an existing customer portfolio in respect of the entire product range.

  • Growth of a defined sales area through targeted acquisition of new customer opportunities and the development of existing customer relationships.

  • Planning and implementation of regular customer visits and contact.

  • Demand orientated technical advice and customer support.

  • The presentation of new tools and customer cutting trials.

  • Monitoring of the sales process from quotation through to order completion.

  • Observation of the market and competitor trends in respect of product range and pricing.

  • Professional presentation of the Company and product portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong industry experience in CNC machining / metal cutting is essential.

  • Currently located in Midtjylland, or willing to relocate.

  • High levels of tenacity, drive and motivation.

  • Good networking and collaboration skills.

  • Ability and confidence to work autonomously.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.

  • A driving licence – role involves frequent daily travel.

  • Fluent in Danish and high competence in English (written and spoken).
