At our Erlangen location, you will support our sales team across Germany, combining technical expertise in electrical power engineering with a solid commercial understanding. As a trusted technical advisor, you will help our customers select the right diagnostic, testing, and monitoring solutions for their assets. In doing so, you will enable them to make informed decisions for the safe and efficient operation of their power networks and equipment.
At the same time, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad and practical understanding of electrical power systems. You will gain valuable insights into a wide range of assets, their characteristics, and the challenges our customers face in operating, maintaining, testing, and servicing their installations.

- You support our customers with technical and commercial inquiries and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams as well as technical experts
- You qualify leads, analyze customer requirements, and identify suitable solution approaches.
- You act as a trusted advisor for both new and existing customers, conduct initial technical consultations, and present products and solutions via video conferences and, occasionally, on-site.
- You support the strategic development of assigned sales territories as a sparring partner, leveraging reporting and strategy development tools.
- You actively contribute to marketing activities, including the planning and execution of trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.You serve as the technical interface between customers, Sales, and Customer & Sales Support, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- You have a technical background, for example through vocational training, further education as a technician, or a degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial exposure to electrical power systems. Even more important to us, however, are your curiosity and motivation to learn and grow in new areas.
- You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way, even to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, enjoy interacting with customers, listen actively, and can translate customer requirements into concrete solutions.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage, as you will work in an international environment and should be comfortable understanding information in English.
- You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and are able to maintain an overview even when managing multiple topics simultaneously.
- Travel is not a primary focus of this position (approximately 20%). However, you should be willing to participate in internal events and occasionally visit customers or attend industry events.
