The Role

The Technical Sales Enablement Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Customers, Sales, and Product Development teams. This role is responsible for developing deep product expertise and translating complex product capabilities into customer-focused solutions. The analyst will support sales efforts through product demonstrations, technical consultation, product analysis, customer analysis, and maintenance of product documentation, specifications, and pricing information.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring sales teams and customers have accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product information while providing valuable feedback to product teams to support ongoing product improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a subject matter expert for assigned products and solutions.
  • Become a subject matter expert around researching FCRA inquiries and disputes
  • Act as a bridge between customers, sales teams, product management, and product development.
  • Conduct detailed product analysis to understand capabilities, competitive positioning, and market fit.
  • Perform customer analysis to identify business needs, use cases, and solution opportunities.
  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle with technical product expertise.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Respond to customer product questions and provide accurate technical and functional guidance.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed product specification documentation.
  • Maintain product pricing documentation and ensure pricing information remains accurate and current.
  • Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base of customer questions, responses, and best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests and market insights to product teams.
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement materials, product guides, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure consistency of product messaging across customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, product management, technical sales, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate technical product functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed product documentation and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to present confidently to customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, technology, data, or enterprise solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
