The Role and Responsibilities

A role has arisen for a Technical Sales Coordinator to join our Hydraulic Products department here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a full time, permanent role and will report to the Team Lead.

Main duties and responsibilities will include;

·           Technical review of customer enquiries to determine requirements

·           Provide technical knowledge support and advise on product range

·           To process sales enquiries/orders and managing orders through to payment

·           Develop and Maintain good customer relationships for key accounts and all clients

·           Develop and Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers

·           General Administration

The Requirements

To be successful for this position you will have experience working with Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc., as well a background in dealing with clients face to face and over the phone.

Ideally you will also have a background or working knowledge of hydraulic products as well as a commercial and financial understanding. Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry would be advantageous.
