Proposal Development & Sales Support

 

You will

  • Develop technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals for client projects.

  • Manage proposal timelines to ensure timely submissions aligned with customer expectations.

  • Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly in consultation with internal teams.

  • Maintain a proposal library with updated templates and reference materials.

 

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

 

 You will,

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Projects, and After-Sales departments to define and refine scope of supply, delivery schedules, and cost estimates.

  • Support customer engagement by responding to technical and commercial inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

You will also,

 

  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunity pipelines, and generate insightful sales reports.

  • Optimize back-office workflows by refining documentation, improving data quality, and supporting administrative processes.
