You will partner with Delivery Leadership and Technical Leads to mentor, coach, and develop offshore technical teams. In this role, you will own the allocation, performance, and capability development of resources, ensuring the right skills and capacity are aligned with business and project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting for technical teams
- Assess technical skills and readiness, and partner with L&D to drive upskilling, certifications, and capability development
- Partners with HR and leadership to develop competency-based career paths
- Align resources with projects in collaboration with PMs and Technical Leads
- Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and improvement plans
- Support engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Manage resource ramp-up, transitions, and deployment readiness across projects
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years managing technical teams in IT / Consulting environments
- Strong understanding of technical roles, delivery models, and workforce planning
- Ability to translate skills into staffing and delivery decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
