What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with the co-founder and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies

  • Conduct extensive research and sourcing to identify potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.

  • Manage the interview process end-to-end, advising on structure, assessment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a consistent flow of talent.

  • Utilize data-driven metrics to track sourcing success and continuously improve the hiring process.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to ensure best practices are implemented.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record recruiting for high-performance, high-growth teams (5+ years).

  • Experience hiring across Technology functions (Engineering, Product, Design, etc.) in multiple countries.

  • A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset

  • A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong time management and organisational abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
