As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.
Skills Required
- 3-5+ years technical recruiting experience
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close engineering candidates
- Strong network / connections with engineering leaders
- Technical proficiency to evaluate engineering skills directly
- Ability to design exceptional candidate experiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and high-intensity workweeks
- Experience building scalable recruiting processes for high-growth

Casca is an AI-native platform transforming small business lending by enabling banks and lenders to originate 10x more loans with 90% less manual effort. Our solutions streamline the entire loan process—from customizable application forms and secure applicant portals to AI-powered assistants, automated document collection, KYB checks, and underwriting. We’ve found product market fit and are scaling our team very quickly.
