You’ll be the talent magnet that powers our technical team. As our first technical recruiter, you'll construct our technical hiring engine from zero to hero.

What You'll Do
  • Architect our technical recruiting strategy

  • Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent

  • Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans

  • Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth

  • Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.

Skills Required

  • 3-5+ years technical recruiting experience
  • Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close engineering candidates
  • Strong network / connections with engineering leaders
  • Technical proficiency to evaluate engineering skills directly
  • Ability to design exceptional candidate experiences
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and high-intensity workweeks
  • Experience building scalable recruiting processes for high-growth
